Translate to English and google it + alphabet. Once you got it take it literally.

i'm stuck on 22! done what the first line told me 2 do with the second line and have 4 words but they don't make sense and they don't work!!! don't know what i'm doing wrong??

Have you already deciphered the source clue? Do what ist says and copy and paste ALL the rest of the source. If you´re not sure where to copy and paste, google just one small part of it to get the name of this gibberish.
