Ok... I tried doing what the posts in here have suggested.

I have the "special letters" in which I'd related to clue 2. Then I'd plugged that into clue 1 and have tried multiple ways to decode it.

I'm guessing that I did something wrong or just can't find what I'm looking for. Any help? >.>

but i just dont understand it. i mean it asks me how many rows and stuff and i just dont understand. please help! pm me a clue, i am going mad about this!

You might use the wrong tool.

There are two tools with a similar name, don't choose the box one, but the other one.
