For this level.. I found a name which means what the source hint says. Of cource it doesn't work and since the deciphered message can't help me... could someone please give me another hint?????

EDIT: O.K. I finally understand that the hint in the source if for the cipher. It's O.K. I've already deciphered but I don't know what to do with the message I've got. Still need your help......
