They should be 5-letter words, put them into the grid in the mentioned direction. Then get the letters that correspond to the numbers from 1-10. The answer won't be proper English

Decoded the symbols, but answering the question gives me troubles. I end up with a manga series, but if I need to see this as a riddle there are so many answers. I did see the pic's name, but this is not helping me.

found the file, and the hint, but not the needle in the hackstack that was mentioned before. No hex, nothing in the properties. Is it somewhere sneaky hidden in the source of the file?

You should find a little hint in the properties.
If you google it with the title, there should be some good results, especially a YouTube one
