can anybody help me with 39 left,i have deciphered the clue in the source and thought i knew what to do but nothing i try works??? i also seen another clue in source but dont know what it means???help

For level 29:

I googled and can't find anything. I also noticed that poem is an acrostic for t*g*, but when I tried that it didn't work. I also tried the plural of that word.
