I've been away from the forums but now I have started to miss riddles so I came to see if there any nice new riddles, and what did I see! A new riddle by Mistery the riddle master! I really have to try this! (But later, now I can't as I'm at work)

Then go to Purple Hell and look for a cipher that would fit.
