omg im so stuck on level one! i need help! ugh im so a at these but i like trying so i need some kind of help...i read some other clues like "decode the thingy then read it some other way" or something like that but i dont get it! whats there to decode?! ugh

just put in the whole sentence you have decoded

Ok, I've read Mistery's hint about 32a (right), but it still makes no sense to me. I've got the right words (I think), I just don't know what to do with them now. Any help, again?
