For 23 make a and be the lowest whole number you can think of (in other words 1 and 1) and you'll find one of the equations is not possible. Work it out from there, and don't forget what you learned in the source of another level.

I can't figure out three I am dumb

The picture has four blocks, but they are actually braille. You will need to see what those dots stand for. Try this page and see what do they stand for.

After you find the answer. You will see that there is something between the two blocks. Click there and it will ask for USERNAME and PASSWRD, give the answer you found as the username and password. The two left blocks are the "User name" and the two right blocks are the "password".
