You have to convert the song with a mp3==>wav converter, then you open it in your windows xp sound editor (Start==>all files==>bureau accesoires==>entertainment==>sound recorder), then you slow down the song 3 times, and then you hear the song

ok, I couldn't get all of them but I guessed the word with one letter missing. But I know who it was now!
2 have the same end as 2 you have already, 1 has the same start. I got a list from IMDB and tried lots but that should help narrow it down.
If you want a bigger clue then I'll pm you (unless you can tell me how to do spoilers - is it the ? button!)

One is the sister but with her birthname, not the name used in the film
And the last one is the grandmother.

3 is correct 1 no, the second starts with an S but I couldn't see it myself. 2 is much more popular than that... the last bit is correct but was never used in the film...
