=> 60 combinations with the found letters (5 - 2 same)
=> 1 missing letter(can be in 6 different possitions)
=> missing letter can be any of the alfabeth (26)

60*6*26=9360 :s

At a nonstop rate of 20 secs per hit, that would give about

187200sec=3120min=52h=2days 4 hours

the answer is six letters long,

like I said in the other post there are 2 vowels, so if you only have one then the missing letter can be 1 of 5!
Also the word is related to the title, which I also mentioned before, so you should have no problems if you already have 5 letters
