Maybe it's an idiom thing that I'm not getting.... Must be one of those that's easy when you think the same way the riddle maker does. Or else I'm really going to kill myself when I finally see the answer!

What can you do with an L? Is an L a thing? Tried "lick" (goes with lollipops), "bracket" (only thing that really comes to my mind when I think L), "train" (I live in Chicago), "love", "levitate", "look", "link", ... Is it a word that starts with L?

I imagine I'm taking it much too literally. Does the name of the picture (ollie151cc) have anything to do with it?

You should look up different kinds of ciphers, I think one will stand out when you find it. Its very common in riddle games.
