If he has told you to get something from his office then go to the office. The item will be somewhere on the floor itself. Do you know where his office is?
His office is on the ground floor/lobby. To the right side.

No I can't do anything about it as there are only three duties per day and if you have finished the duties you will just have to wait until tomorrow. Why don't you play the games that are in the game room. If you get high scores you can get stuff for your room and lot of pictures of Bloo's friends
