Hello! I just started this riddle yesterday and am stuck on 1-4.

I've read the hints provided so far but I just can't get it!

I've researched the 5 palaces or residences of all the monarchs listed on the picture, and also found the name and "number" of the 6th king, that the home in the picture belongs to. (Am I supposed to take the 6th into account? raiguma only mentioned 5!)

I can't make any words out of the "Numbers" belonging to each monarch, nor can I see anything in the Countries/Cities/Palace Names. What am I missing?
