I'm confused. I used the salad, and the ending makes sense (in Romanian

) whereas the rest (the beginning) doesn't. I'm not sure what exactly we have to do.

I tried to encode the next level number similarly, but it doesn't work.

Yep

Okay, use salad, then you see that some letters are replaced.
Now do the same process in opposite direction for the next number and replace the letters the same way.
