There seems to be some requirement to download the Japanese Language Pack in order to get the game to work properly. The Japanese Language Pack can be found here:

It's only 2550 kB, so it's done in a few minutes. After that restart your PC. Now you should be able to play Inherit. If you are still having problems loading the page, just be patient, the game is very busy at the moment and may take time to download.

Complete Walkthrough

Walkthrough written by Masa TGF.

Some rooms are a little hard to locate even with the walkthrough. Some rooms are adjacent to the room you are viewing, so check for direction arrows on the screen (e.g. the kitchen).

1. Blue Jazz record on chair in hallway on first floor
2. Go to sanitary room (first floor)
3. Get slim stick from potted plant in the sanitary room
4. Get gloves from cabinet below sink in the sanitary room
5. Enter bathroom from sanitary room
6. Pick up sponge on the floor
7. Go to the toilet(first floor near sanitary room)
8. Get cleaner (bottle) from lower cabinet in toilet
9. Pour cleaner onto sponge
10. Go up stairs to the hi-fi room
11. Pick up record on the floor beside the couch in the hi-fi room
12. Click on low table with the cup like bottle
13. Use glove on the bottle
14. Get keys to dinning room
15. Go to room beside hi-fi room
16. Use slim stick on the air vent
17. You get a vague map of the dining room
18. Go downstairs
19. Go dining room(first floor)
20. The memo on the dining table says: Looking at things from the front is not the only way to solve(understand) things.
21. Look at the picture hanging on the left wall in the dining room
22. Visualize it tilted clockwise 90 degrees. You can see the first line is a number 3 and a chinese character meaning 10,000. The second line is a number 2 and a chinese character meaning 1000, the third line is a number 5 and a chinese character meaning 10s. In all, it means 32050.
23. Go to kitchen from the dining room.
24. Click on the stove.
25. Use sponge on lower right of the black thing above the stove. Some words appear. It says: The gold is under the chair. 5<3
26. Exit the stove
27. Click beside the machine next to the microwave to get a corkscrew
28. Return to the dining room.
29. From the map and the gold under chair message earlier, you can find a zemai (don't know what it is in english) under the middle red chair on the left side.
30. Go down the basement and see the code machine.
31. Key in number code derived from dining room number 32050.
32. The room lights up.
33. Click on bottle, get bottle and use corkscrew on bottle. Bottle says 1958.
34. Go upstairs to room next to hi-fi room.
35. Zoom in on the glass and memo. Memo says ome things must be matured with time. 1958.
36. Pour 1958 wine into glass. A picture of some steps and number 4 appear on the glass.
37. Go down stairs.
38. Click between 3rd and 4th stairs to get key to office(first floor)
39. Go to office.
40. Take golf club
41. Check out Go board. 3 White stones, 2 Black stones.
42. Memo in office says: All the answers, are not always restricted to the same place.
42. Head for sanitary room
43. Memo beside door to sanitary room and toilet reads: In order to move on, it is necessary to destroy the 'you' now.
44. Enter Sanitary room
. Smash the mirror with the golf club( to destroy the 'you' in the mirror now. Get keys to bedroom 3(3rd room upstairs)
45. Go to front door, On the right panel, zoom in and there is the code P310.
46. There is still another record below the shelves at the front door if you want to pick it up.The records are useless except for listening.
47. Go to room 3.
48. Pick up Sunny Morning record on the table.
49. Memo says: You should also have to courage to turn back on the road that you came by through time.
50. Use the Zemai on the clock. Clock hints you to input time. First chinese character is hour. Second Chinese character is minutes.
51. Time input is 15.50(credit to Nitro59) Reason for 15.50: From P310, P stands for PM 3 o'clock so, 1500hrs. 10 stands for 10 minutes. Since 15.10 doesn't work, turn the 10 minutes the other way and you get 15.50.
52. Get Key to Japanese door bedroom beside the stairs second floor.
53. Enter Japanese bedroom
54. Count black and white stones on the Otello Board.
55. Minus number of Go stones from the Otello stones. You get 9 black stones, 5 white stones.
56. Go to room 1(with the black white button code)
57. Enter 9 for black and 5 for white.
58. Enter room 1.
59. Zoom in on color puzzle drawings on the wall.
60. Zoom in on code machine.
61. All the figures are symmetric, so the missing symmetric figure is 10 sided. Arrange according to color and you get 6-5-8-10-4-3. Get key to room 2.
62. Enter room 2
63. Pick up record The Enchanted Orchard at right corner of room.
64. Zoom in on table. Memo reads:A-Ka-Sa-Ta-Na. Language (or speech) is important.(A-Ka-Sa-Ta-Na is the Japanese equivilent of abc in English. )
65. Using Japanese Hiragana table chart

（４?２）← 4th column, 2nd row, is ti(chi) ＝ち
ha+chi=hachi=japanese for 8
The others work the same way. In the end:

66. Get key to meeting room(last room) beside the apple painting.
67. The apple picture comes with a message when you click on it which say: It is an oil painting. Inside the painting, it is written "copyright CHIAKI". Chiaki is a Japanese name.
68. Enter meeting room.
69. Zoom in on small safe box and memo.
70. Memo reads: Use my name to open.
71. Chi A Ki is 3 character in Japanese, each character is the first letter of a color. Chi is for cha= brown. A is for akai=red. Ki is for something=yellow.
72. Count the number of brown, red and yellow objects in the meeting room. You end up with 2 brown,10 red, 6 yellow items.
73. Input code 2106 from the counting into the safe box.
74. Get small key and message.
75. Message is poem-like say: Deep deep down in the bottom. It is there I think.
76. Go down to basement.
77. Click on left most corner of the table and zoom in.
78. Zoom in to see a small hidden compartment.
79. Use small key on compartment.
80. Get will from inside compartment.
81. It is the will from the owner of the house, Chiaki.
82. Survive through the will reading and some conversations at the funeral.
83. Recieve a bookmark automatically at the end of 82.
84. Still in the house.
85. Go up to Japanese bed room.
86. Hang bookmark on a similar designed Japanese scroll painting on the wall.
87. Get Letter.
88. Read letter.
89. The end.
