I can't get from h to i - is it something to do with the word or is it the order of the letters?

im looking..tried the obvious but no go yet

I even tried to use the alfabet backwards and find a connection but I
only noticed that l becomes o and o becomes l but it doesn't help

it isn't the obvious. I also tried all 2 letters combinations starting with "l" but didn't work either
