Pick a certain letter of each row.
Then google this along with the source clue. Some of these Google results (esp. concerning Wikipedia) will help you to find a certain person.

I've been on 20 now for hours and have been to various sites researching the source hints and the level Title, but everything I've tried has failed......help !!
