stuck on 39. Found the egg! but have absolutely no idea on how to apply it.

Will try and figure it out on my break...but if anyone wants to give me a BIG push then please do so

EDIT: back now...armed with the hidden "sentence"...now to figure out how to use it...

I have a feeling 40 is really easy but it's not jumping out at me at all. Maybe I'm getting tired so i'll come back tomorrow with a clearer mind

I've decode what i need and know the cipher but I don't understand how to use what I have to get the word i need Is it something techincal ?

Don't overthink it.

If it's not as often as in the name of the pic, but more often, then it's ___ ___
Then change your way of thinking and use it on the sentence.
