I just checked my hosts site, and it says that they are working on the servers from midnight up to 7 AM (now it's just past midnight here), and in this time period, websites may not be reached from time to time.
I'm not sure if this means that my website can't be accessed for 7 hours, or if it concerns my site just for a short time and then other sites.

that the sentence is made of elements.

Can't get the meaning of the hint in the source.

Is it the language part? Look for

what is missing in each of the 2 clues. Find them. Put them together and google.
