I'm apparently doing something wrong. I decoded everything, but

when I follow the instructions and c***** f***** t* "l**** t***" I get nowhere. I've even tried spelling out the number too

edit: oops, posting did the trick. Guess I still had 1 more thing to "decode". Moving on to the first stage now..

edit2: hmm, anyone here? I seem to be stuck on 12.

I think I know that I'm supposed to change "difficult", but haven't figured out what to put after that part.

edit3: got it. Don't think I would have ever thought of that, thanks Adventure for the nudge!
