I'm looking for a certain (more or less famous part) of the location that you've probably found.
The easiest way:

Look up the city on Wiki, and check how the place is called that was the residence of the emperors

Yep, of each word - get 5 letters in total
This won't make sense, since you'll have to add the second part, too

Find out what the clue n** e**** m*****, e*** m*** o**** means
Then apply this to get certain letters from the sentence about Melissa.

For the date:

Level 23. I found the date, but that's about it. Not sure how to get it to work with the clock. I know there's a poem that coincides with the date, but nothing else.

Just spell out the sequence of letters. It will spell out a word.
Then look up the numbers in a specific table, and get the abbreviations, which will form a word.
