Nope Just swap them

Are you sure I only have to swap and not anagram? Because I already tried 18 plus 2 possibilities and non of them work. Also I googled after swapping them but I got too many hits, so I think that is not the clue to the answer this time. Btw not that anagramming is helping me out.
