After I click on the train, the screen goes black with one of those little red x's in a white square at the top left. Does this mean that the next puzzle won't work on my computer or is there something I need to do. I tried to put 'rain' in the url (without the ' ' s of course) and it says that I do not have permission to view this page. What's going on?

Ooh! I found it! I was trying to find the link for the password box and it's the e and then i realized that the thing in the source was talking about the e not the gold and then the answer is a country that starts with e yay!!!
