stuck in 95 part 1, I deciphered the clue but I don't know what to do with it.

I think I have to look for a file but I don't know where to start looking except for the deciphered clue, but it doesn't give me anything. I also know by accident that there's a *** but I'm not going there until I find out what the next step is. And is that image supposed to have the 'same' properties?
