I am stuck on the second part of Chamber 12. I've

googled the lyrics and counted letters in so many different ways but nothing is spelling out. Exactlly where are you supposed to start counting? And do you count the first letter in each line of the lyrics or from left to right? I've read all the hints I could find and none of them are helping.

Can someone give me a more defined hint please?
