have wiki c**** alphabet and found code in top right but have no idea how or to what i apply it??

You have in that code 3 numbers that identify a letter.
You have on the level page 3 numbers on each line.

i can't see 3 numbers in each line of the level....i feel that each line gives a letter from the c**** alphabet and therefore gives a short word which is needed to progress? but dont see the numbers?
