too stupid to leave Chamber 7

Unfortunatly I really stuck on chamber 7. I'm really too stupid. Thinking doesn't help anymore :-( Perhaps I'm too tired (although it's afternoon in my country).

I recogniced the lines under the vampire-image (heard them before *g*),
I got the clue in the source and got the correct "4 lines before". But I still can't go to chamber 8.
Only one solution came to my mind which got
me to a new picture, but it is not chamber 8! ("Great! And now?")

Please, please help.

Oh, that's correct - sometimes you have to go "back" and advance from there
On "Great! And now?" scroll down on the page to see some code and use

How do i transform those numbers into letters? i have searched everywhere and cant find it...
