i decode the txt from the image and it gave me a w*****e
i also found the 2 files.. and found the the tongue twister, and the picture about R*** W*********.
but still cant figure out the cipher.

Go to the place that you've found by decoding the text from the image. Make a search there with the content of the tongue twister. You should get 2 results, one of them is the cipher page that you need.

I already did that, i've tryed differend things as k** in V******* and al that comes out makes no sence at all.....am i using the wrong one?

Don't try different things as k**, try what you find in the properties
And make sure you choose "decode".

ive tried making the t**** with the *x* clue
but for some reason i cant get a message

You should be on the right track.

make a grid with the text, then read in a specific way according to the clue (there's not only vertical and horizontal )
