Google E***** table, and look up the number in the "decimal" row, then find the correct letter.
You've been very slightly off, so I thought that you have just unintentionally skipped a line or 2 in such a table?

For the 4th, as I said in my PM, you might have missed a part of the source that tells you what to do with the letter that you have found
