ive deciphered the s**** cipher text and the w***** text; and i understand what the picture is, but not how to take info from it; am i supposed to have a word,

Ummm, the first pic with those "creatures" is nothing to work with.

Decipher the text underneath the first pic, then

grab certain letters from it to figure out which cipher to use on the 3rd pic.

On the 2nd pic with the numbers

think text message - find a word, which is the name of an image file that you have to find

Apply the info from the 3rd pic on that

new image file to find a shape (btw, it's not a number)
