Stuck on second part of 90. I've seen the whole source, I tried searching the site but I can't find much. Don't know how the decrypt the message...

At first you don't have to find a site. Look in the source for one word which is written in a different way.
Then you will find a page with a clue about what cipher you have to use to decode the strange text
