Look at the title of the picture. The way it is written provides a clue what you have to search for. Once it hits you, apply the clue in the source.

I am breaking my head on that too, Lissy. I decoded everything on the previous page, but I don't know how to put it all together.

I am still thinking that maybe..

Chamber 88 and perhaps also 81 have something to do with it, but this only confuses me more.
