Use a very common cipher on C. Use it to leave 99 chambers
B gives you an important information for A. Then decipher A by using v****** cipher. This will give you the answer. Remember that you have to change 2 things on this level

Replace 99 chambers with the info (word) from C, and add info (word) from A as answer as usually

Btw, you have already come to 24, so you're good enough
