The sentence with the snake holds a clue which cipher you have to use to decode the hint in the source. Some letters of the sentense are more important than others.

changing two parts of the url. You know what you have to find, now look for a picture of it.

Well, decipher first the red text with a common cipher, and the go to PH and decipher it.
