what cipher do i need

This will give you a big clue what cipher to use next, and also the information that you need to apply it

chamber 18: find too many numbers in the html (numbers and words which content ....numbers) and they don't lead me to the solution....or maybe i have to check them in another source (but no figures in the pic).

edit2: Me and my big mouth, I can't get past 67 (b). I already found what I had to look for, I know what n***** I have to get, except for the fact that there isn't one in any url there. I can only find one in an xml file and I don't think I should be there.
