im stuck at Chamber 6 "part 2"... ive got the hint in the souce code, but dont know what to do... anagram? Please help me

81 is hell, now I'm trying to decipher the image name using the **** in the text below the image, but both don't work. Trying to decipher the other decoded message is hell as well, I almost want to try it by guessing -.-

Pay attention to the source. Look it up. Take it very literally, and do what those lines say. Look at your current URL
