I have saved the image, checked the image properties, but it only gives me the file size and web location in the screen "element properties" I can't seem to figure out what i am doing wrong

Start out by

using a very common cipher for the text under the image (check it in source). Then get certain letters and put them together to figure out which cipher to use onto last image
