the clue Tattoo. I know he said "The Plane. The Plane" but cannot find the right way to get it accepted

If you go to the wikipedia entry on the character, they have the spelling accepted by the riddle.

What you see is what you get is from a show back in the 60s? 70s. Black comedian. He played the part of a woman on the show.

Would you believe......is from a 60s comedy about spies. Inspector gadget was a cartoon spin-off, sorta.

HAH, is from an 80s/90s show. A puppet was the star.
