Bill Maxwell is a character in an 80's super hero tv show. The superhero lost the instruction book. It was a short lived show. The guy who played Bill Maxwell is also in this show.

Edit: Been reading some posts and I see you have criticized a lot of games and its beginning to tick some people off. If you want people's help in here you will get it (myself included) but I personally would rather see some assertive technique on your part to try instead of being spoonfed answers again and again.

Kicking myself for not taking notes. Sorry Bandmama I should have because going back through the game I find myself stuck on answers like 3. When we group together we tend to bolt through on anothers shoulders just to get to the end. If I can I will post a hint for 24.
