I think I'm onto something but I'm having a hard time with part of it.

I'm having a hard time going the other direction. I have tried.
128+64 to get 192 but after that I can't come up with a number that works for the answer.

Yes it is. (18) Its likely something simpler than I am making it but explaining why the numbers start to go down escapes me.
