I think the numbers on the cats, since there are only three, stand for the numbers on the calendars. Obviously, the cat with the three around is neck is the cat on the 5th month, but the other two both look like 1's to me???? Anyone else got any stabs at the code?

Okay I found the #3 cat for May

Yes - thats it.
The cats match up to the cats in the calendar. You just have to match them carefully. Look for colors and identifying marks. I wasnt paying close attention at first, but now i have the other key!
