got to level 2 and had the right convertor but still couldnt figure it out

actually level 1 doesn't even work.
with or without a space.
I've tried the words it decodes as, each word on its own and what that alphabet is too. none work.
so how you got past is beyond me, steelersfan.

what is level 2 supposed to be?
the grid at the bottom is useless unless you know exactly how to use those numbers.
