Remind me what level 9 was on frustration 2. I'm on the binary one and forgot to count the levels so I may or may not be able to help. One the binary one the row it wants me to decode is blocked by a picture of a lock, how do I know what numbers are under it.

Any help on the binary level on frustration 2? I tried looking at layers in photoshop and looking for another picture. Layers never work for me so I cant see under the lock.
