Frustration

has anyone worked out the "how fast is a train going" puzzle?

Someone said it was 52mph which is wrong.

I've seen a couple of methods of how
Van,
Lorry &
Car are worked out
(all of which DO work) but none give the correct answer.

I need some help for level 2. I can make out a picture of a womans face but I'm horrible with famous peoples names, I can never recognize them.

I'm stuck on the dont lose your head one. Any hints? I cant read whats on the floppy disk, it disappears too fast. I even did a screen shot and still cant read it.

I'm now on the "nearing the end not" level, I know its morse code, but I'm not good at listening to it and deciphering. Is there any way to input the sound file into a website and translate it that way?

for those who wanted to know what was on that floppy on "Dont Lose Your Head" it said QUICKCAM (i turned the image upside and made it bigger).

I'm stuck on "Show some restraint" with no clue at all.
Just recovering from walking into a door, another bad eyes day.
(I couldn't tell how close I was to it)
