It is not about the content of the page, it's just it's name on the server. When I had Freewebs, I had automatically the pages called
index1.html, index2.html etc. You just need to rename your index pages into the solution words: solution.html (or .htm, not sure what you are using).Comment

Yes, the name of the HTML file becomes the URL. Not sure what the problem exactly is. Can you explain more?
And if you would like to add a title to a page, you need to write at top of the source
