Just on a last note, I think the only way for the two of you to work together on a city would be for one of you to get the other one's username and password, or to create a common username especially for thw two of you and then both log in with that username, and save every time you've placed a piece, and refresh the browser every once in a while, then you should probably be able to see the other ones changes. But I'm not certain of this.
