*temper starts to rise* I hate them soooo much. They made me restart my computer more than 12 times a day. I am so tired of calling them everyday and telling them the problem right from the start.

Ah...poor Becky....he always says he really loves helping people with computers...though he is frustrated he isn't right there helping... Maybe tomorrow.... I wish we had an IT guy on staff here who I could get advice from for you....
