Yeah, Biofeedback is very cool And the best that I can do it at home now. Hehe, I thought of trying out what happens if I ROFL here (but first I have to install it)
@ Lili...Hi!!!!! How are you? I have forgotten the Monkey Boss is in Hawaii this week....the non-monkey boss and my co-workers are still here....so....They don't eat many bananas. (In real life, the monkey boss eats a ton of them - so hilarious!)
@ Zox....I'm good! A bit 2D....but good!
From Wiki: (re: biofeedback - it's used for many different uses):
A discipline that enables an individual to alter his or her own brain waves. Once this is accomplished, individuals can reportedly monitor certain bodily functions usually considered involuntary, such as heart rate and blood pressure.
Biofeedback is a method to show you physiologic values or better said how much they are in harmony (breathing, heartrate ect.)
I got a software now that I tried out at my doc. You can choose from different pics (like butterly, balloon etc.) and have to let it fly high, which is not that easy for me because they often crash. You have a sensor clip at your ear.
This way you can train your body and mind to be in a good balance.
Yes, this is what Escape quoted in a scientific way, I just wrote it in Looney-Binish
