Originally posted by HollandgirlLOL I do that too, but in Dutch class, today he told us to do our homework and we had to read a text first, so one of my friends was drawing something, the other one was just doing nothing and another one was reading the text too, so i decided to read the text out loud lol, my friends liked it that i was reading, but the friend who was reading herself didn't like it that much
Ok here it comes:
When we have a break (20-25 min) we go to a place called 'Het Hilton' (it's just called that way i dunno why, it has nothing to do with those hotels) and there are squares where you can sit with a group. 4 squares next to each other. so my sister and her friends kinda 'own' one, they always sit there, but now after the testweek, in which you usually don't have breaks cuz you're off early, a group of kiddo's from the first grade (our grades are different, the first grade is when you just get into high school my sister in in sixth grade, the last grade, so she takes exam this year) sat there during that week (they didn't have testweek). But you would expect them to go sit somewhere else after the testweek when my sister and her friends return.. but no! They just sit there! And the funny thing is that her friends keep trying to make them go. So they pull their legs to get them off the 'square' and the go sit on their laps cuz there's no other place to sit. And they push them off with 3 kiddo's at a time, it's just soooo funny to see! I can't really explain it, but I'm really ROFLing when I see it. And it's weird, those 'smurfen' (as we call them, it means smurfs, yes, the blue ones with the white hat, i dunno but it's a name for people from the first grade) are like 5 years younger and they still try to sit there! Something like this has never happened before, we're used to smurfen that don't dare to do anything, cuz they're the youngest people in school.. so weird! But they get more small and more annoying every year. But we know what to do with them, some people put a smurf in the bin i just love it when they do that! but the point is, they even dare to say to someone who's 5 years older: 'What? Wanna fight?'
Ok LONG story.. Hope you get what i mean!!

@Nadine: Yes, I just love it too!! There are other names, like 'brugsmurf' that's almost the same but with 'bridge' in front of it, cuz the first grade is called 'brugklas' which means 'bridgeclass' *for a reason, but i'm not gonna explain that* or 'brugmug' which means 'bridgemusquitoe' *dunno how to spell it* that has to to with 'bridgeclass' again and, well.. i think it's just because they're annoying like a musquitoe and it rhymesDream as if you'll Live forever, Live as if you'll Die today
