mojotolo, first of all, please use the Edit button at bottom right of your post to edit it instead of posting two posts in a row. Second of all, of course you first need some ideas for your riddles, and some knowledge of how to make homepages. But besides that you need to find a place where you can put your homepages and then upload them and link to the main page of your riddle.

The only such place I know of off the top of my head is www.freewebs.com
